Returns & Refunds

We want you to enjoy your desk. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

Items must be unused and in their original condition.

To start a return, email hello@difavo.com with your order number.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or defective - in that case we cover it and send a replacement or a refund.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the return.

We can't accept returns on items that have been used or damaged after delivery.
